Hi everyone! I'm Elle, in the wilds of Scotland, UK.
There has always been paint and paper in my life for as long as I can
remember, and I have been drawing since I was a kid. I love art journalling and that is my main focus, but I also make other papercrafting things, and like to crochet and sew. I like to use as much
recycled products as I can, anything eco-friendly, and I love all kinds of
paint but especially watercolour! I like to make my own supplies,
handmade paper, inks, paints, stamps, stencils, re-purposing and reusing
items from around the house or from nature,so of course I also like junk journalling! I am very messy and
usually covered in some kind of paint or ink. I also LOVE cats, nature,
gardening, baking, fibre crafts and books and I am usually listening to
audiobooks in my art room. I have been blogging since 2005 and you can find
me at Empire of the Cat, where I share my arty adventures.
Hi! My name is Heather McMahon and I’m from Australia. I live on a
small farm with my husband. My two university-aged kids often come home
too. I’ve been papercrafting for over 20 years and I never tire of it.
Ok, I confess, I’m obsessed! I love the way papercrafting keeps evolving
and that anything goes when it comes to styles, products and creativity.
I also love to travel and have no end of travel photos to scrap!
At the end of 2020 I went one step further and started up my own
papercraft business with my daughter. The business is called ArtStacks and we’re thrilled to be a More Than Words sponsor too.
Hi guys!
My name is Heidi. I live in sunny Florida with my handsome hubby, my youngest kid (the older 2 are in college) and our sweet little dog. I work as a physical therapist and group fitness instructor, but you can find me crafting in my free time.
I love creating art journal spreads and mixed media projects and, every once in a while, a scrapbook layout. Over the past year I have had the honor of being a Guest Designer for More Than Words Challenge in April and being on the design team for Miniature Luxuries and Papers.
My name is Axelle, but my scrap nickname is Kouneli - it's Greek, it's the little name my dad gave me as a child. I live in France with my partner and my two cats.
I have been scrapbooking for several years now. I started with a clean style and soon switched to a more free and mixed media style.
I love stamps and colours, getting my hands dirty and experimenting, discovering new things. Art journalling has become essential for me to communicate my feelings, it's the best way to be free in my opinion because there are no rules in creation.
I am very happy to join you for the new challenge
I’m Lena and I live in Turku, located in the region of Southwest Finland. Turku is the oldest city in Finland and the former capital of the country. I live with my husband and 3 cats. Mom of triplets who are now adults and grandma to two boys. I have been creative all my life thanks to my creative and skilled mother. I love mixed media and art journaling. I try to use recycled materials in my art as well. Someone's trash can be my treasure.
For most of my virtual friends I am known as Matilde. I'm really happy living in Poland/Europe. All my social media are connected with the word "craft", because I'm in love with handicraft. I've been creating many different projects since I was a child. It's still a fantastic adventure for me. Now, you can find among my projects mostly tags, ATC's, scrapbooking layouts and of course art journal pages. I like using paper, inks, mists and texture pastes. I'm a huge fan of stamps. I'm constantly looking for new methods of expression and discovering that paper and media bring various possibilities to create. Besides this I like reading books and gardening. I really love all my hobbies and they make me happy every day :)
