Helpful Tips For The Challenge
This is an art journalling challenge so for example you could use the word GRATITUDE on your page or write a gratitude list on your page! Use our MOOD BOARD colours or images to inspire your page in part or in full, it's up to you!
Aga says: GRATITUDE is the word of our October challenge. I also got inspired by beautiful autumn moodboard - shades of orange, gold, brown and a little bit of dark blue for contrast.
Kat says: Introducing my junk art journal, which I used things found on my desk to create.
The keyword is GRATITUDE and the colours I used are from the autumn mood board. Sharon says: I have so much GRATITUDE for the beauty all around me, especially during Fall. I used the MOOD BOARD as the basis for my Fall color scheme and theme of my art journal spread. Fall is my favorite time of the year, especially because we celebrate Thanksgiving!

Yulia says: I love autumn. Especially September and October, when the trees still have golden foliage. According to the challenge, I made a spread in the artbook, inspired by nature. I am grateful for her generous gifts.
Heather says: I really believe that practising GRATITUDE makes all of us more appreciative of what we have. I created my face using lots of tiny circles punched from paper that I printed with a geli plate. It took me ages but I love the result. I used greens, oranges and reds from the challenge board and completed my page with oversized gingko leaves and the tree border from ArtStacks.
Lisa says: Gratitude for the little things, that make up the big things. So much love and Gratitude for this incredible woman in my art journal page. I have had this cut out photo on my desk for many, many weeks, its not a crisp image but I knew I would use it some day and with the sentiment and the mood board colour palette, it was a perfect match.
Sarah says: This month the challenge inspired me with a watercolor page. and these are the colors of the mood board that I used to create this background. I wanted something simple, that makes these pumpkins stand out. I feel GRATITUDE for each passing day and that you have to find joy in each day. This is the sentence that I wanted to highlight here.
Elle says: I was inspired by the mood board to paint some pumpkins! I used the oranges and greens from the mood board to paint my pumpkins, all in acrylic, all different types of pumpkins, including a very small Queensland Blue pumpkin, which was my favourite for making pumpkin soup! The handwritten gratitude quote is by Rumi and is one of favourites by him.
